NBRHD came from a frustration we could not shake.
We could feel the world changing around brands, but too much of the industry still felt stuck. Slower than it should be. More complicated than it needed to be. Further away from real life than felt healthy.
And yet the brands people were starting to care about felt different. They did not feel built from ivory towers. They felt closer to life. Closer to people. More aware of the world around them, and more willing to be part of it.
We could also see how hard it had become to make good work inside those systems. Too many layers. Too much lag. Too much distance between the thinking, the making and the people it was meant to reach.
At the same time, technology was opening new doors. New ways to listen. New ways to learn. New ways to build with more relevance, more speed and more care.
And creatively, we believed something simple. The ideas that build brands and the ideas that grow businesses do not have to live in separate worlds. They can charm, delight and create momentum in all sorts of places, if you know where to look.
